She realized along the path to success that her personal life was suffering. She was not really seeing enough of her kids, her relationship was suffering and her health was terrible. Taking stock of her overall life enabled her to create a holistic program, which allowed her to understand that ALL elements of life matter, not just the professional parts. Each area supported the other. She then used this knowledge to help thousands of women achieve even greater success in their professional lives using the balance in their personal lives through Nosh.
